This one is short :]
I was thinking about how some christians act a different way in church than out side of church. Why is that? For example: Why do some not gossip at church, but gossip at their work places, or homes, or with other friends?
It doesn't make it right just because you're not at church. If you're going to play church, then you shouldn't go at all. Going to church doesn't prove you love God, and to love Him you have to know Him, and if you knew Him you wouldn't gossip, steal, lie, cheat, act up or have unholy conversations.
I'm not saying I am perfect, but the God in me is perfect and if I'm really trying to be more christ like it shouldn't only be a "church event". Its an every day life thing, we should all strive for perfection and give God our all. If we go through life doing everything half way we will never reach the place from where God is calling us. Be a different kind of christian! Don't be comformed but transformed! Strive for perfection and see how much more freedom you get out of your walk with God. If you go to church just to go, you're missing the point. Its not about church is about Jesus, He deserves not only your whole life, but everything and everyone in it, around it and more.
BE DIFFERENT! Your not of this world so why act like you belong to it?
If you think you're so different yet you're doing the same thing today that you were a year ago, here is the definition of different.
Different: 1. not alike in character or quality; differing; dissimilar.
2. not identical, separate or distinct.
Now ask yourself how different you really are, and stir up a passion to be something more than just another person in the world.

Sunday Sep 4th
I love walking into church knowing that God is going to change lives. Before the service starts, we all gather around and intercede for the worship team, the people that are coming, the message, etc. A few months back I did not feel comfortable at all praying out loud in front of everyone. I would pray to my self, and lets not talk about friday night intercession. Never catch me on the mic. So come sunday, we're standing around praying and now I'm a lot more comfortable doing it and my pastor looks at me and whispers, " call of worship ". I promise I almost freaked for a sec, but calmly answered back. . . yeah sure. That meant 20 secs before worship started I would have to be on stage, with a mic in my hand inviting everyone to come worship and I would have to pray. I have done it once before but the 1st time I felt like I was going to literally die, this time I was like okay I can do this, its an opportunity for me. I'm only writing about this because ever since I went to Nicaragua on a missions trip, I couldn't care about being on stage and holding a mic or praying out loud so everyone could hear me. Everyday I was translating and every day I was praying for people. One time of stepping out of our shell is all we need, now I have breakthrough in that area because I never stopped doing that. Not even after coming back home. It has been a constant going out and praying for random people, I view what I'm doing now as a step towards the place from where God calls me. So I want to encourage everyone that reads this to: take every opportunity giving to you, and take it with a heart burning for Jesus, knowing that its an step towards his will for your life. Go and pray for people you don't know, the world is not being taken over for Jesus if the people that have the power to do so are staying in a box. More and more opportunities come your way once you start obeying God. Instead of questioning, just do!

Hitting the Streets
So this whole week I have been hitting the streets of Delray Beach and Boca Raton along with 3 other people that have a passion to do Gods work. We had a list of words of knowledge for people that needed healing. Now I'm only going to share a few things that happened, and I want you to get stirred up and go heal the sick and preach the Gospel.
Day 1: Vince(my fiancee), Andres, Josh and I went to the Bethesta Hospital in Boynton. We had no idea how we were going to get in since it was way past visiting hours. We were there around 10:30, so some how we all ended up inside the hospital by the elevators. Note: We prayed before we left the house for divine appointments and favor. So we're by the elevators we figured sick people would come up and down and we would get them there. We asked a lady if she had pain she said no but my son is upstairs he got surgery and he's supposed to get another next week. She invited upstairs, so we went and of course the nurses try to stop us. I say no its okay we're only going to pray really quick and leave, the mum was like I come here every night they're just going to pray. So we went in the room, prayed for a guy named ace(he's 22) he was so blessed, felt the Holy Ghost, he was all like I FEEL SOOOOO GOOOD RIGHT NOW(said that multiple times). Then we gave him some prophetic words, which he said made sense to him, praise God. Then Josh blessed his mum with an awesome word.(This is only one of the many things that happened that night)
Day 2: We went to atlantic ave where we came across 1 guy and 4 girls. Andres asked if anyone had any pain, this girl says my right anckle always hurts I've had multiple surgeries on it and today I stopped jogging because it hurt so bad. Another girl says well I have this knot on my shoulder, so I whip out the list and tell them how God wants to heal them because what they have is on our list and that we prayed before hand. So andres and vince prayed for the anckle, I prayed for the knot. They both got healed!!! The guy asks can God heal cigarette addictions? So we say of course God can do anything! I share a bit of my testimony on how I smoke so much weed and God came into my life and changed that. So 4 out of the 5 people wanted to stop smoking, Vince had all of them say one by one " Jesus release me from this addiction" then we prayed for them and asked them how they felt, their answer was: I feel lighter! Now I've learned that when God delivers people they feel lighter. So andres tells them if your really believe Jesus just healed you, throw away your cigarettes and 3 out of the 4 threw them away!
Day 3: Walmart on 441 and hillsboro, man it was so hard to get break through there but guess what? Four people got HEALED! We were walking past an isle, when vince sees someone that works there that he wants to pray for. As soon as we turned around to go back and talk to him, he come out of the isle by himself and says I HAVE BACK PAIN! We were like how did you know we were coming to talk to you and he said I don't know I just felt it(he is saved by the way). So I forgot who prayed for him, but I guess that doesn't matter because we all have the same Holy Ghost. But BAM! He got healed and of course Josh gave him a word and andres had the interpretation for it! Man God is so good!
* I want to encourage anyone who's reading this to pray every day before leaving your house, it doesn't matter where you're going. Just ask Jesus for divine appointments and words of knowledge. You will see the fruit that come from obeying God and doing his works. One step of obedience and the kingdom of heaven breaks out on earth. That first person you talk to about God is the break through to talk to everyone that you pass by.*
God is so good, I'm not special I just have a desire and a burning passion to see revival break out and Jesus be glorified!

Nicaragua Style
From July 18th- July 22nd I was in Managua, Nicaragua. Along with 16 other missionaries who were and still are being used by God. As soon as we got off the plane and on the bus(not a nice bus with ac, but a school bus) Patrick(the guy who runs Samaritans Int, which is where we stayed) tells us "we are going to the main hospital here in managua to pray for the sick and this hasnt been done in about 10 years. Talk about the favor of God huh? We get to the hospital and stir ourselves up and went into different rooms, where there was at least up to 6 sick people laying in beds. All with different things, there was no a/c, no screen on the windows so there was mosquitos and flies every where. The relatives were taking care of their own sick family members. Picture that, next time you get strep throat you might want to think twice before complaining that you have to go get some medicine. The first room we walked in to(me and 3 other girls), I asked if anyone wanted prayer because Jesus would heal them. Most of the people in the room said yes. It was such a difference, because here in the U.S there's sick people and you ask if you could pray and they say no( I guess they love their affliction). So, anyways we got to praying, Every person we prayed for got touched by God. They were crying, I was crying, the Holy Spirit is so good! I really think it was God's plan to send us to the hospital first. We were supposed to go to a cops house and pray for his sick kids but the plans changed and we went to the hospital first. what are the odds? The first thing Jesus wanted us to do was pray for the sick, kind of makes me giggle. I don't just mean sick like a cough sick, these people had serious stuff wrong with their bodies. Lung issues, heart issues, open wounds. My group and I went into the ER part of the hospital with out even knowing. Hey can't tell a group of Mission people they can go where ever they want because we take full advantage! It was so awesome that the first thing we did was pray for the sick there, it really broke the ice for the ret of the trip. If Jesus used us to healed at the hospital, for sure he would heal any where we went. Thats what my bible tells me by the way. I just want to encourage all the people that ever went on a missions trip or will go on one some day, to heal the sick, feed the poor, preach the Gospel. It ain't a real missions trip if you're staying at a 5 star hotel. I'm pretty sure Heidi Baker lives in a mud hut that the people in Africa made her. I'm also pretty sure every where Jesus went there was miracles, signs and wonders!

Quality time
So God has been calling me to spend more quality time with him lately. See I spend time with God but it's not always just me and Him. For the most part it's always with other people. He is challenging me to just chill with him and enjoy his presence. A lot of people like to make excuses on why they can't. I have a situation where I could make an excuse also, I live in a place where I get no privacy. What do I do when God starts to knock at my heart telling me He wants me to be with Him? I grab my head phones, walk to the park and walk around it a bunch of times, worshiping and praying in tongues. Some times it gets really hot, so I sit under the shade some where and do my thing. Now I know this is not the case for everybody but whatever your case is, stop making excuses. God doesn't make excuses on why he can't let his presence pour out when you need Him, because every time we cry out to He answers. So when He calls for quality time answer Him, life is better when God is in everything you do. And yes I am at the park right now! :]

True Self
All last week God was speaking to me about identity and who I am in Christ and if I'm doing what he has called me to do. Come friday night, Ms. Tracey preached fire! She brought forward a word about true identity in Christ and doing what God has called her to do. It confirmed many things. See before I was saved, I was looking for myself in all the wrong places. I would smoke weed, party, get drunk and do other drugs just because I didn't fully know who I was. I wanted to be a school teacher one day and the next I wanted to travel the world. So many desires were placed in my heart and because I didn't know God's plans for my life, I was trying to do things on my own. By the way, never really works out the way you want to without God by your side. But now that I have a relationship with God, I am able to understand why I like the things I like, and why I have certain desires. Little by little God reveals bits and pieces of his plan for my life. Guess what? It involves kids, traveling, preaching, snatching souls for Jesus. Life is good! And it keeps getting better. So I want to encourage all of you who don't know God and don't know who you really are, to actually take time and cry out to Jesus, He is real, He knows you, He loves you and he has perfect plans for you. And to those that do know God and are still trying to figure out who you are, don't be deceived your identity is found in Christ, draw closer to him and he will draw closer to you. The more you seek him, the more of you that you will find.
I am Me because of God!

I am currently reading this book called God's Generals. It has a lot of cool juicy stuff about awesome men and women who obeyed God, why some failed and why some succeeded. I'm now on chapter three, but chapter two talked about this woman named Maria Wood-worth-Etter. She was crazy, God used her in amazing ways. She was a healing evangelist, back in her day women were not allowed to vote or preach. She thought how could she ever do what God was asking her to do, when she finally answered her call, people were falling into 3 hour trances at her meetings, people got healed left to right and many people I mean many people came to christ because she cared so much about people knowing God and so little about people who were persecuting her. Reading her story has me pumped up! Look her up people, its good stuff. God can use anyone, just got to be willing to do whatever it takes for Jesus. No matter what, no matter where. This lady was preaching till about the age of 80, going strong for the Lord. A couple things I got out of reading this was:
- Courage, this woman was fearless( she never knew when someone would strike but she always knew God was bigger than anything else)
- When you're called, you're called, and until you answer that call nothing else will be satisfying to you.
- The Holy Ghost is power, spend more and more time with the Holy Ghost.
- The word of God is power, we read to gain knowledge, to walk into things in the supernatural, to live according to the word. Do what Jesus did and more.
- To start your ministry, must start at the bottom. Preach to the people in your town. Can't expect to preach to 5,000 people when you're scared to preach to one single soul in the streets.
- Boldness, get out there and do what God called you to do, no ifs, buts or whys.
- Spending more time with God, let him pour into you so you can pour into others. Be filled to be emptied.
- People will always try to come against "you" they're really coming against God, let him take care of them.
